FFL Transfer Guide
Ordering a micro Draco online is simple, but U.S. federal regulations require that the final hand-off of the firearm be completed through a licensed firearms dealer. If you are new to the FFL (Federal Firearms License) process, the steps below break everything down clearly so your micro Draco is delivered to you in a safe and compliant manner.
Step 1: Choose a Licensed FFL Dealer Near You
Firearms cannot be shipped straight to a residential address. You will need to select a local gun shop, pawn shop, or independent FFL holder who will receive the package and process the legal transfer.
Tip: Search online for an “FFL Locator” or check Google Maps reviews to find a reputable dealer nearby.
Transfer Fee: Most dealers charge a handling fee, usually between $25–$50, which is paid directly to them — not to our store.
Step 2: Complete Your Purchase
Order your preferred micro Draco model through our secure checkout system.
You will have the option to enter your chosen dealer’s contact information during checkout.
If you haven’t decided on a dealer yet, you can still place your order and send us the dealer details afterward via sales@micro-draco.com.
Step 3: Dealer License Submission
Before shipment can be approved, we must receive a valid copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL license.
Ask your dealer to email their license to sales@micro-draco.com
Subject Line: Include your Full Name and Order Number for quick processing.
Every license is verified through the official ATF FFL EZ Check database before any firearm leaves our facility.
Step 4: Shipment & Tracking
Once verification is complete, your micro Draco is packaged securely and shipped via insured ground delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow the shipment until it arrives at your selected dealer.
Step 5: Pickup and Background Check
After your dealer logs the firearm into their inventory, they will notify you when it is ready for collection. At the dealership you will:
Inspect the firearm to confirm it matches your order.
Fill out ATF Form 4473 for the federal background check.
Finalize the transfer and take possession once approval is received.
International Shipping
We are authorized to ship internationally in accordance with applicable export regulations and destination-country import laws. All international orders are reviewed individually to ensure compliance before approval.
